Craig Farm Estate - Public Consultation
Introduction
Leiths (Scotland) Ltd is preparing a planning application to develop a sand and gravel quarry at Craig Farm Estate (Home Farm Craig) near Rhynie in Aberdeenshire.
Before submitting the planning application, Leiths is undertaking a pre-application consultation exercise to engage with the public on these proposals.
The objective of the consultation process is to inform communities about our development proposals and, importantly, to provide an opportunity for the community to communicate their views on the proposed development prior to the submission of a formal planning application to Aberdeenshire Council.
Please note that any representation or comment made at this stage is for Leiths consideration only and is not regarded as a formal representation to the Council as planning authority on any future planning application. There will be an opportunity to make a formal representation to Aberdeenshire Council once an application has been submitted.
For further enquiries, please contact Johnson Poole & Bloomer by e-mail; consultations@jpb.co.uk
